And so, we were back in the open!
The weather didnt help us much, but abut 40 of us were there, a lot
of new faces too, sign that the Swing Bunch events are indeed spreading
the word!
The Lincol's Inn Fields hosted our first outdoor gathering of the summer (?) 2002. A lovely bandstand with some holes nicely concealed by orange balloons (great idea, whose was it?) and lots of munchies turned a greay and rainy afternoon in a fun outing!
Dj Bitterjug was mostly seen on the dancefloor while Gloria and Fede choose the tunes from slow, jazzy numbers to some funky ones with an italian flavour, plus guest appearance (or shallwe say...resident?!) Ronnie Slide...
Thanks to everyone who turned up and to the Camden Council who welcomed us there. We hope to be back soon!
